Our client’s have recently purchased this lovely farm house in Wilmslow, Cheshire, which requires extensive modernisation and full refurbishment.
PJH Architectural services have been appointed to provide detailed building regulations and tender drawings, along with tender submission and analysis.
Our detailed drawing package allows for a full refurbishment, new bathrooms and kitchens throughout, a ground and first floor rear extension to create open plan living at the ground floor and an additional bedroom at the first floor with en-suite facilities.
A contractor has recently been appointed and is due to start on site early 2019. We will be providing full onsite supervision services throughout the course of the project, which consist of fortnightly meetings on site with the contractor to review progress and report back to our client accordingly, to ensure that works are kept on programme, within budget and that our drawings are adhered to on site.
