Our clients had recently purchased the 4-bedroom property in Eccles, Salford with the intention of creating their forever family home. The property was purchased in need of renovation and extension if it was to meet our clients needs. PJH Architectural Services were appointed to produce a set of detailed planning and building regulations drawings with accompanying CGI visualisations of the proposed.
The existing ground floor has previously been extended twice to the rear of the property, so we look to extend to the side of the property. The existing rear extension was opened into a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area, an ideal communal room for the entire family to enjoy. The new space within the side extension now homes a self-contained therapy room complete with WC facilities and utility area accessed off the main open plan area.
The first floor had previously been partly extended to the rear and provided 4 small bedrooms with cramped bathroom. We looked to extend the remaining section of the rear as well as to side directly above the newly extended ground floor space. This new space allows for a new large master bedroom with en-suite, 3 spacious bedrooms and additional smaller office space/bedroom, as well as creating a much bigger family bathroom.
Works on our client’s “extension eccles” project has recently come to a close and the newly extended bedroom property is now the dream family home our client envisioned when purchasing the property.
