We’re pleased to have submitted a new planning application to Salford City Council for our client’s proposed two-storey side extension.
The scheme will create a new ground floor bedroom/home office and utility room, while the first floor will provide a new principal bedroom with en-suite facilities.
The application is now with the council for consideration. Subject to planning approval, we’ll then progress the design through to detailed Building Regulations and tender drawings, helping the project move forward towards construction.
