We’re pleased to have secured planning approval from Salford City Council for our client’s proposed two-storey side extension.
The ground floor extension will provide a new dining area and snug, creating a more open and connected living space while retaining some separation from the existing kitchen.
Upstairs, the existing layout will be substantially reconfigured to create a new principal bedroom with en-suite facilities, alongside four well-proportioned bedrooms of a similar size.
With planning now approved, the project will progress to the next stage, with PJH Architectural Services preparing the detailed Building Regulations and tender drawings ahead of construction.
