A new project gets underway in Sale! 📐🏡
We’ve recently submitted a Certificate of Lawful Development (CLD) application to Trafford Council for a proposed ground-floor side extension and a number of internal alterations to our client’s home.
The proposed changes will significantly improve the layout and functionality of the ground floor, introducing a larger kitchen as well as a new utility room, workshop and WC.
With the CLD application now submitted, we’ll wait for the council’s decision before developing the design further. Once confirmed, we can progress the project through to detailed Building Regulations and tender drawings, providing everything needed to take the proposals towards construction.
