A new CLD application in Wigan! 📐🏡
We’ve recently submitted a Certificate of Lawful Development application to Wigan Council for a proposed ground-floor rear extension and a series of internal alterations to our client’s home.
The proposals will transform the ground floor, creating a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and snug area, alongside a new utility room and ground-floor WC. The aim is to provide a more practical and connected layout that better suits modern family living.
With the application now submitted, we’ll await the council’s determination before progressing to the next stage. Subject to approval, we’ll develop the proposals into detailed Building Regulations and tender drawings, ready for the project to move towards construction.
