Planning Submission – Hale

Planning has been submitted for our client’s proposed refurbishment and extension works on their recently purchased 3 bedroomed semi-detached property on Sandileigh Avenue, in Hale.   We have been appointed to provide full design services consisting of concept design, detailed planning drawings, detailed building regulation and tender packages, contractor tender documents and on site supervision. We look forward to receiving planning consent early in the new year from Trafford council, and posting continued on-site progress updates within 2019....

On site progress – Woodstock, Knutsford

Further to receiving full planning consent from Cheshire East Council (see news feed post 1st November 2018) works are progressing well on site. The internal strip out is complete back to brickwork.
