Planning Submitted – Prestwich, Bury
PJH Architectural Services have recently submitted a Larger Home Extension application to Bury Council on behalf of our client’s ground floor rear extension, to their property in Prestwich, Bury. Our client was looking for a designer or Architect in Prestwich that could provide design, planning & building regulations drawings. Now the designs have been agreed and our client wished to extend beyond the permitted 3m rear projection allowed under permitted devolvement, we have submitted this project under a larger home extension application. We are looking forward to receiving planning consent and progressing onto our detailed building regulation and tender drawings.
