Planning Approved – Clifton, Salford
Planning has recently been approved by Salford City Council on behalf of our client’s dormer loft conversion project in Clifton, Salford. By extending the ground floor to the rear and side to meet the kitchen extension and garage, we were not only able to create a new open plan kitchen, dining and snug area, but also able to link and utilise a partial garage conversion to provide a utility, new side access and a WC. With these two small extensions we were able to maximise the existing space and create a full width open plan living area and make use of an underutilised garage that was only required for bike storage. Upon receiving planning consent, we have produced a detailed set of Building Regulations drawings. These drawings can be used to get accurate quotes from builders and contractors.
