Planning Approved – Hale, Altrincham
Planning has recently been approved by Trafford Council on behalf of our client’s two storey side and rear extension project in Hale, Trafford. The ground floor, previous additions to the property had left the spaces within disjointed, so the new extension looks to address this issue while providing our clients with their dream open plan kitchen, dining and snug area, making better use of the internal space with more coherence and creating a better connection with the exterior garden spaces. A little internal reconfiguration has also allowed us to provide a new, more accessible pantry and utility room. At first floor, the new extension houses a larger additional bedroom overlooking the garden space to the rear, complete with en-suite facilities. Upon receiving planning consent, we have produced a detailed set of Building Regulations drawings. These drawings can be used to get accurate quotes from builders and contractors.
