Planning Submitted – Eccles, Salford
PJH Architectural Services have recently submitted a planning application to Salford City Council on behalf of our client’s ground floor rear and side infill extension project in Salford. Having previously been extended in a number of mismatched ways, our client’s needed a little coherence bringing back into the property. By infilling between an existing side extension and garage, we’ve been able to tie the side of the property back together, creating a better use of space internally and removing a previously unusable space that had been created externally. By also providing an extension to the rear in place of a tired conservatory and knocking through a number of internal walls, the property has been opened up to create a large open plan kitchen, dining and living space for our client’s to enjoy spending time with their growing family. The proposals are complete with large sliding doors, full height glazing features and a series of roof lanterns to ensure the deep space is flooded with natural daylight. Now planning has been submitted to Salford City Council we are looking forward to receiving planning consent and progressing onto our detailed building regulation and tender drawings.
