Planning Submitted – Hale, Altrincham
PJH Architectural Services have recently submitted a planning application to Trafford Council on behalf of our client’s ground floor rear infill extension project in Hale, Trafford. The existing property comprises of an attached garage to the side along with a typical outrigger kitchen to the rear, creating an unused space to the rear of the property between the two. By squaring off the existing outrigger we’ve managed to utilise this previously unused space within the garden, providing our client’s with a new large open plan kitchen, dining and snug area to the rear within the ‘infill’ extension. The project is complete with large sliding doors to the rear as well as a series of rooflights to ensure the extension is flooded with natural daylight. Now planning has been submitted to Trafford Council we are looking forward to receiving planning consent and progressing onto our detailed building regulation and tender drawings.
