Planning Approved – Worsley, Salford
Planning has recently been approved by Salford City Council on our clients proposed two storey rear extension project on their property in Worsley, Salford. The existing property had been extended to the side and rear at both floors and was extended to nearly the maximum permissible under the current planning legislation, all that remained was a small infill on the ground floor and the loft, which has been left untouched. The infills completes the first floor and allowed us to provide a large open plan kitchen, dining and snug space at the rear of the property. The dormer loft conversion, restricted by the roof of the existing first floor rear extension, provided sufficient space for a new bedroom. Upon receiving planning consent, we have produced a detailed set of Building Regulations drawings. These drawings can be used to get accurate quotes from builders and contractors.
