Planning Submitted – Worsley, Salford
PJH Architectural Services have recently submitted a planning application to Salford City Council on behalf of our client’s two storey wraparound extension project in Worsley, Salford. The existing property had been extended to the side and rear at both floors and was extended to nearly the maximum permissible under the current planning legislation, all that remained was a small infill on the ground floor and the loft, which has been left untouched. The infills completes the first floor and allowed us to provide a large open plan kitchen, dining and space at the rear of the property. The dormer loft conversion, restricted by the roof of the existing first floor rear extension, provided sufficient space for a new bedroom. Now planning has been submitted to Salford City Council we are looking forward to receiving planning consent and progressing onto our detailed building regulation and tender drawings.
