Building Regulation Drawings Produced – Urmston, Trafford
PJH Architectural Services have recently produce a detailed set of building regulation drawings on behalf of our clients ground floor rear extension project in Urmston, Trafford. This 4m rear extension on our clients detached property can be built under permitted development rights and therefore does not need a planning application. The proposals utilise a stepped rear elevation in order to create distinction between spaces within a new open plan kitchen, dining & snug area. The rear elevation provides the ‘Wow Factor’, with a dual pitched roof on one half of the extension, allowing for full height apex glazing to provide views out into the garden and maximise natural daylighting within the property. Now we have produced a detailed set of Building Regulations drawings, our client is able to approach builder and start to obtain accurate quotes.
