Planning Submitted – Shawe View, Urmston
PJH Architectural Services have recently drawn up proposals for outline planning permission to erect a single dwelling with parking and private garden space on the land to the rear of our client’s property in Urmston, Trafford. With a spacious garden and vehicle access to both the side and rear, the site offered the potential to be subdivided between the existing and proposed dwellings while still maintaining suitable sized amenity space for our clients. The variety of built form in the area is clear, comprising terraces, bungalows, and a range of ages of properties, so the proposal aims to marry together the styles of the area in order to sit sympathetically on the plot. Now planning has been submitted to Trafford Council, we are looking forward to receiving planning consent.
