Planning Submitted – Worsley, Salford
PJH Architectural services have recently submitted a planning application to Salford City Council, on behalf of clients ground floor rear & side extension and garage conversion to their detached property in Worsley, Salford. This 4-bedroom detached property on Saddlecote, Worsley, had recently been purchased by our client with the idea to develop the property into their forever home. The cottage style property is very traditional both externally and internally, an whilst our client loves the appearance of the property, they felt some internal reconfiguration and modernisation would turn this property into their dream home. By extending out to the rear by 4 meter we were able to create enough space for a big open plan kitchen and dining area, perfecting for hosting family and friends, complete with roof windows, bi-folding doors and full height windows, we aim to provide ample daylight into the space. The side extension looks to create a boot room utility, accessed from the kitchen and the garage conversion provides a bedroom/office space complete with en-suite. Now planning has been submitted to Salford City Council we are looking forward to receiving planning consent and progressing onto our building regulation and tender drawings.
