Building Regulation Drawings Produced – Urmston, Trafford
PJH Architectural Services have recently produce a detailed set of building regulation drawings on behalf of our clients ground floor rear extension project in Urmston, Trafford. This 3m rear extension on our clients semi-detached property, can be built under permitted development rights and therefore does not need a planning application. The extension creates a new open plan kitchen, dining, and snug area, and provides enough space for a new utility room and ground floor WC. The rear elevation looks to incorporate a large set of bi-folding doors as well as 5 Velux rooflights. Now we have produced a detailed set of Building Regulations drawings, our client is able to approach builder and start to obtain accurate quotes.
