Planning Submitted – Bramhall, Stockport
Planning has recently been submitted to Stockport Council on behalf of our clients ground floor rear extension and first floor internal works projecting in Bramhall, Stockport. Our client was looking to extend out at the rear as much possible whilst still abiding local planning policy, considering the neighbours property projects beyond our client’s rear elevation by approx. 2m, we feel we have scope to extend out 3.5m. The extension creates a large open plan kitchen, dining, and snug area complete with sliding doors and rooflights to allow natural light to flood the communal area. In addition to this we have part converted the existing garage to create a new Utility room and offices space whilst still retaining a sizeable storage area to the front of the property. To the first floor we have made some minor amendments to the layout an created a new en-suite space to the master bedroom. Now planning has been submitted we look forward to receiving consent from Stockport Council and progressing onto producing building regulations drawings for our client.
