Planning Approved – Timperley, Altrincham
has recently been granted by Trafford Council for our clients ground floor rear
& side extensions on their property in Timperley, Altrincham.
Our client wanted a new open plan kitchen, dining and lounge space to the rear in order to provide a temporary additional bedroom in the main lounge for when their parents come to visit from overseas. After progressing a design with an architect, our client felt the two parties were not a good fit and looked to change architects to rejuvenate the projects. With 5 existing and current projects within 100m of the property we had come recommend by a number of their neighbours. We also looked to incorporate a “tuck away” WC under the stairs.
Our client was desperate to get a full height corner glazing feature into their design which fit around their kitchen and didn’t take to much attention from the space. By developing floor plans and elevations we were able to create something which suited our clients as well as Trafford planning policy.
Upon receiving planning consent, we have produced a detailed set of Building Regulations drawings. These drawings can be used to get accurate quotes from builders and contractors.
