Planning Approved – Cheadle Hulme, Stockport
Planning has recently been received by Stockport Council for our clients home extension project. This large detached property in Cheadle Hulme, Stockport, has been previously extended several times. The layout, although grand, was not very befitting to modern family life, with many rooms within rooms and a generally isolating layout. This partial wraparound extension, looks to tie all the existing extension together and with some major internal reconfiguration, create a large open plan communal hub for the whole family to enjoy. The ground floor extension also allows us to extend the first floor with a small infill extension, enabling us to create an new en-suite and new master bathroom suite. Upon receiving planning consent, we have produced a detailed set of Building in Regulations drawings. These drawings can be used to get accurate quotes from builders and contractors.
