Planning Submitted – Urmston, Manchester

PJH Architectural Services have recently submitted a planning application to Trafford Council on behalf of our client. This detached property in Urmston, Trafford, had a stereotypical 1930s 3-bedroom layout which was in much need of extending to suit our clients needs. By extending to the rear & side at ground floor level we were able to create a large open plan kitchen dining and snug area as well as a large playroom. The first-floor side extension creates an additional bedroom and new landing area. Now planning has been submitted we look forward to hearing back from Trafford Council and progressing onto producing building regulations drawings for our client.
