PJH Architectural Services have recently submitted a planning proposal for our clients “change of use” project on their commercial property on The Downs, Altrincham. As we are part of Trafford Council “accredited designers” our clients brought us in to assist with the application. Now planning has been submitted we look forward to hearing back from Trafford Council and progressing onto producing building regulations drawings for our client.
