Planning Submitted – Bolton, Lancashire
PJH Architectural Services have recently submitted a neighbour Consultation Scheme application for our client’s ground floor rear extension on their property in Bolton, Lancashire. Our client was in desperate need for more space and wanted to maximise their existing property as much as possible. By designing under Neighbour consultation scheme guidelines, we were able to extend a whole 6m from the existing rear perimeter wall. This created enough room to house an open plan kitchen, dinning and snug area, as well as a new utility and office space. Planning has been now been submitted to Bolton Council who will now forward our planning drawings onto our client’s neighbours for their review. We look forward to progressing onto producing building regulations drawings for our client.
