PJH Architectural Services were appointed by our client to extend, redesign & remodel their family home on Park Road in Nantwich, to accommodate their growing family needs. Our client purchased the property at the end of 2017, with the view of acquiring a property that would give them scope to carry out ‘a project’ and provide them with the potential of a ‘forever home’. By extending to the rear around 7m on the ground floor & 3.5m to the first floor as well as also extending and converting the loft we were able to create a large open plan kitchen dining space, separate utility/boot, cinema room and play room. The 4 bedrooms to the first floor all now boast larger areas and en-suites, with the addition of a large master bathroom. The loft space now a much more practical space with regards to head room, now houses a large office and a separate guest room, with en-suite. Given the extensive internal works and large extended areas, the aesthetics of the property have been dramatically changed/updated to provide a more modern looking property, the use of a wide material palette such as, render, stonework and full height apexed double glazed windows creates an impressive contemporary new build look. Planning has been now been submitted to Cheshire East Council and we look forward to progressing onto producing building regulations drawings for our client.
