Planning Submitted – Boothstown, Worsley
PJH Architectural Services have recently submitted a planning proposal for our client’s ground floor side extension on their property in Boothstown, Worsley. Our clients wanted to extend to the side as much as possible, while still abiding Salford City Councils planning policies. In order to compensate for diagonal orientated boundary line, we introduced a stepped side extension, in order to maintain the required 850mm clearance, but still maximising available space. The proposed extension allows for a new large open plan kitchen, dining and snug area, to the rear and a separate isolated utility/ boot room. Planning has been now been submitted to Salford City Council and we look forward to progressing onto producing building regulations drawings for our client.
