Planning Submitted – Worsley, Salford
Planning submitted – PJH Architectural Services have recently submitted a planning proposal for our client’s ground floor rear extension & first-floor side extensions on their property in Worsley, Salford. The client’s wanted to make the most out of the available space as possible, while still abiding Salford City Councils planning policies. The ground floor rear extension utilises a parapet flat roof which allowed for large roof lanterns to be used, this compliments the full height windows and large bi-folding doors, within the newly extended open plan kitchen and dining area. This reconfiguration of the ground floor also allowed for a new utility space to be created partly within the existing garage area.
The first-floor side extension looked to build off the footprint of the existing integrated garage at the side of the property. This new space has allowed for in inclusion of an additional bedroom, a much larger bathroom and also allowed for a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite to the new master bedroom. Our client also looked to include a new porch area to the front of property.
