Building Regulations drawings produced – Alsager, Cheshire
PJH Architectural Services have recently produced a set of building regulations drawings on behalf of our client. Our client came to use with an idea of a unique kitchen extension to the semi-detached property in Alsager, Cheshire. The ground floor pitched roof extension incorporates apex glazing, above the rear facing bi-folding doors (see our “Sale Project” for similar extension). This glazing runs to the underside of the vaulted roof and provides a pivotal feature within the open plan space and helps maximise natural daylight when coupled with the full height window and rooflights proposed within the works. As the proposed extension is under 3m in length and does not exceed the current width of the property, works can progress under permitted development and planning permission is not required.
