Planning Submitted – Hale, Altrincham
PJH Architectural Services have recently submitted a planning proposal for our client’s ground floor side and rear extensions on their property in Hale, Altrincham. The side extension allows for an additional ground floor WC and Utility. Our client also looked to further extend their existing outrigger kitchen. By extending to the rear and essentially infilling between the neighbouring extension and the existing outrigger, we were able to create an integrated rear elevation for both properties. We felt this would add to the aesthetic appeal and the new space created would allow for a large open plan living area, as per our client’s request. Our client is also looking to revitalise the aesthetics of the exterior by replacing all old roof tiles, windows & repointing the brickwork on the existing property.
