Planning Submitted – Eccles, Manchester
PJH Architectural Services have recently submitted a planning proposal for our client’s basement conversion & extension and ground floor side infill extension on their property in Eccles, Manchester. The existing basement area had been previously used as storage and we worked closely with our client to find a better way to utilise this space. Our proposed basement floor plan offers a lounge/snug area, utility room, bedroom and shower/WC. Complete with a separate extension at basement level to be utilised as storage. The ground floor parapet flat roof extension looks to extend the kitchen space and offers a flat roof sky lantern which provides copious amount of natural daylight to the proposed open plan kitchen & dining area. Upon receiving planning consent, PJH architectural service will progress with a detailed set of building regulations drawings.
