Planning submitted – PJH Architectural Services have recently submitted a planning proposal for our client’s ground & first-floor side and rear extensions on their property in Sale, Manchester. The client’s wanted to make the most out of the available space as possible, while still abiding Trafford councils planning policies. The side extension allows for an additional ground floor WC and Utility and when coupled with the first-floor rear extension creates a new master bedroom, complete with en-suite. The client also looked to further extend the kitchen area, so by incorporating a parapet flat roof system we were able to project an additional 3m and enables us to include Velux Roof lanterns into the design, rooflights facilitate sunlight to flood into the kitchen.
