Planning Approved – Chorlton
Great start to the new year!
Planning has been approved for our client’s proposed ground floor rear extension and internal works to their existing semi-detached property in Chorlton.
Our client was looking to open up the ground floor in order to create a large open plan kitchen/dining/living space and create a separate utility and WC area accessed via the kitchen area.
A large rear/side wrap around extension provides a an expanse of space that nearly doubles the ground floor floor area. Two large sets of bi-folding doors have been centrally positioned on the rear elevation to provide a thoroughfare into the rear garden from the property. These bi-folding doors combined with a total of 6 velux roof windows, ensure that the whole space is a light are airy family space that can be enjoyed all year round.
We also helped in the recommendation of local contractors, of which are due to start on site in Spring/Summer 2019.
